- How to cancel an Open email scheduled for delayed delivery:

Some admins will create emails messages that they then schedule for delayed delivery. The one below was scheduled to be delivered September 1, 2023 at 8AM central time. If this email needs to be cancelled before that date and time, here is how to cancel/delete it.

First find the email in your Sent Email. It has not been delivered but is poised to be sent on the date and time you specified.

To cancel/delete it simply click the box on the left under the Select column header. Once selected a warning dialog box will appear.

You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete the selected message.
