The Admin Preferences page can be found by first opening the Quick Links drop-down, then pressing the Change Quicklinks button.
Pressing that button opens a screen that looks like this:
Here, you can either change the order your Quick Links appear or you can remove them from your Quick Links list.
This is done by selecting a particular Quick Link, and then pressing one of the buttons next to it to perform that respective action.
The Move buttons are all used to change the order your Quick Links appear. Remove removes the selected item from your list, and Clear All removes every Quick Link from your list.
Once you've made the desired changes, press the Save button in the upper right-hand corner to finalize your Quick Links.
