The Applications list can be found at the bottom of the Member's First homepage:
This list contains every application available to you in Members First.
In order to add an application to your Quick Links, you:

Find the application in the list. This can be done by searching in the Find Application search box or by Navigating the drop-downs.

Press either the Add to Quick Links link or the Remove From Quick Links link to perform that respective action.
