Almost every piece of content on the website has the Security Access box which allows some level of control of access to that information. By changing the permissions in this box, you will control who can see your content.
The four levels of access are as follows:
- Private Only: Private content is viewable by any logged in Sun City Texas resident. Content set to "Private Only" will not be viewable by anyone who is either not a Sun City Texas resident or not signed into the website. This is the default level of access and your content most likely should be set to "Private Only".
- Membership Only: If your microsite has memberships, then you can restrict content to only appear to your members. Be careful when using this setting; though it may seem good to restrict content to your members, you may find that you are not able to share content with other residents. You may want to advertise an event or information about your group but will be unable to if it is restricted to Membership Only.
- Public and Private: Content set to this level will be viewable both by Sun City Texas residents and the rest of the world. This can be useful if you are a club that is advertising for both residents and non-residents.
- Public Only: Content set to this level will not be viewable by Sun City Texas residents and will only be viewable by outside people. Most likely, you will never use this security access setting. Its use is mostly confined to the Community Association content.
