Locate a Linked File

If wanting to locate if a file is linked, please follow the below steps and view the corresponding video:

1. Click on File Library
2. Select View Linked Content next to Advanced Search and Multi-File Upload
3. Select a file in the dropdown from Select File. 
4. After a few minutes to load, it will search through all embedded links and directly linked content for this specific file. This is to insure the file can be deleted without any potential links being broken.
