Breakdown - Survey Questions

When creating Survey Questions, there are quite a few different options to choose from. Below is a breakdown of what they all look like after selected:

• Multiple Choice - Drop Down:

• Multiple Choice w/Other Write In (Drop Down): You'll need to add the option "Other" for the Text Box to appear.

• Ranking:

• Multiple Choice - Radio Options:

• Multiple Choice w/Other Write In (Radio Button): You'll need to add the option "Other" for the Text Box to appear.

• Multiple Answer:

• Multiple Answer w/Other Write In Option:

• Yes/No: Please note if the respondent does not answer, the response will be counted as a NO.

• Short Text: The max for short text is 250 characters. 

• Short Text 2 Answers:

• Long Text: The max for long text is 700+ characters.
