Create a Message

If wanting to create a new Message or edit an existing Message, please follow the below steps. You can also link it to the Navigation Menu- Modules.

1. Click on Message Board Admin
2. Click New at the top of the page
3. Enter the subject of the message into the Subject field. This is displayed at the top of the document page on the front end of your site. The Message Group field can be left blank unless you want specific rules applied to the message.
4. Click Create Now.
5. You'll be automatically redirected to the Resident Message page. Here is where you enter the text for the message, as well as insert any images. Please note the images will come from your device, not from your Microsite's Image Library or Image Albums. After you choose a file, select upload Image. Then choose another, and select upload Image (if applicable).
6. Then you're done, click Update Message. This saves your message and images.
