Content Items

Below is a breakdown of the Content Item options in the Navigation Menu:

• Library Document: After a document is created in the Document Library, it can be linked and viewed directly in the Navigation Menu.

• Insert: After creating a Section Insert, you can also link it to Navigation Item. However, only Insert Section Text in the Section Page tab of that particular insert will be viewable. You may even click Use Editor to help craft this page.

• Image Album: Using this option allows for one image album to be viewed at a time. To have multiple albums viewable, please see Lists - Image Albums.

• Survey and Marketing Form:  After creating your Survey and/or Marketing Form, you can use this Navigation option to link them directly. To have multiple surveys only viewable, please see Lists - Surveys.

• File Download: Linking a file from the File Library automatically downloads it to your device from this Navigation Item. To have multiple files viewable, please see Lists - Files.

• File View: Linking a file from the File library using this option allows the file to be viewed when clicked.

• View Image: Perhaps there's a Newsletter/Image you would like your Club, NH, or SIG to view but you don't want to send out an email; using this Navigation Item will allow your members the option to view the Newsletter/Image you choose to link.

• Child Microsite: You can have a link to another Microsite using this Navigation Item. Unfortunately, you're unable to link a SIG. If you would like to link a SIG, please see Heading + Misc - Misc.
