Create & Delete an Album

How to Create an Image Album:

1. Click on Image Albums
2. Click New at the top of the page.
3. Enter an Album Title, Album Name and select an Album Group if applicable.
4. Click Create Now
5. You will now be on the General tab. Optional: Enter a number into the Display Sequence field to change the order of the albums. If you would like to have an album appear at the top of the list, then it should have the lowest Display Sequence number. (i.e. Display Seq -1 will appear before Display Seq 0).
6. While on the General tab make sure to click the appropriate Security Access.
7. Click Select at the bottom left of to select an Album Thumbnail Image. A pop-up window will appear. The image you select will appear on the Image Albums list as a preview thumbnail for full album.
8. Click Click to Edit Images to select the Images to assign in your Microsites Image Library. A message will appear asking if you are sure you want to save your progress. Click OK.
9. Under the Multiple Image Selection box, use the Select Image Folder drop-down to find the folder in the Image Library that has the photos you would like to use for the Image Album. Once the folder is selected, all images in that folder will appear in a list.
10. Click Add Images to add all checked images to the Image Album. The Selected Images for Album list will populate on the left. Your work will automatically save and update on the website. If you decide to remove any images from this album, you can simply check the boxes to the right of the images and click the Delete Selected button at the bottom.
11. When you're ready, go back to the Album you just created and click the Active checkbox to make your Album Active.   

Adding a Thumbnail Image (for the summary page)

1. From the General Tab of the Image Album use the Album Thumbnail Image Select link near the bottom of the window.

How to Delete an Image Album:

1. Click on Image Albums
2. Along the line of the Album you want to delete, select the Delete Action
3. A prompt Are you sure you want to Delete this Image Album? will appear, select OK.
4. This immediately deletes the Image Album.

Please Note: Once an Image Album has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
