- Is there a way to reorder survey questions after they have been created?

Yes, questions can be reordered. Go to your list of questions and click on the “Reorder Questions” text near the top left. In the window that opens you can use the “Move Up/Move Down” buttons to move selected questions into a new order. Finally, click the “Save Current Order" button to save your work.

- How can I stop Survey Maintenance from removing formatting and center justifying my survey header/footer?

If you have formatted text in a word processing document that you want to display in a survey header and you want to preserve the formatting, try this work around.

Copy some formatted text.
Open the New Message app and after addressing the email to yourself go to the editor and paste in the text from your clipboard. When asked, allow the system to clean the text.
Select the HTML formatting button at the bottom of the editor, Then copy the HTML into your clipboard and then cancel the new message.
Now open your Survey and in the Header "Paste" the HTML from your clipboard and then "Save"
Now preview the survey and you should see:
