Resetting your Sun City Password

1. To reset your Sun City password, on the Resident Login page select the Click Here button.
2. Next, click Forgot Password?
3.  Review the Strong Password Recommendations in preparation of your setting a new one.
4. Enter your Username (your Member Number) and the Email address that's associated to your Resident account. Then click Send Password Reset.
5. The website will display a message indicating an email has been sent to the email address listed.
6. You will then receive an email that includes a link for you to reset your password. If you do not see this email in your Inbox be sure and check your Junk and Spam folders for it. In the email simply click the link after the text Please click on the following link to reset your password.
7. You will be redirected to the website where you will enter your new password.
8. You will then enter your new password again to confirm it is the same as the one you first entered.
9. Finally, click the Save New Password button to complete the process.

This screen will appear indicating an email has been sent to the email address you entered.

The email you receive will look something like the one below. Simply click the link in the email to be taken back to the website where you can then change your password.

Finally, following the Password Recommendations, set your new password and enter it twice. To complete the process click the Save New Password button.
