If you send an email from the website to your group and an image you inserted comes across as scrambled text or as an empty image box, this is because the image was inserted incorrectly.
All images in an email, whether sent from the Classic or Ebuilder editors, must be first uploaded to the Image Library. Cut and paste will not work.

This process is important so that email applications can properly reference the image in the website library. While the image may look correct on some devices or in some email services, it will not be correct for most.
Cutting and pasting will not work unfortunately.
