Disclaimer: The Sun City Texas Community Association makes no guarantee of email delivery of email messages. The CA is not responsible for email not received due to settings on personal devices or software or due to issues with third party email services or applications. It is the responsibility of the resident to ensure their email service, software, and/or device is properly configured. All emailed messages are made available on the Sun City website.
Residents using Suddenlink.net email addresses have continually had issues receiving Community Association (CA) emails. Suddenlink email servers will occasionally drop or block CA email. Though CA staff has worked with Suddenlink several times, Suddenlink has been unable to provide an explanation for this.
It is the published recommendation by the CA for residents to use Gmail, Yahoo, or any of several other free email services. Most other email services do not have this issue.
The following steps are provided as a reference only. We cannot guarantee that the following steps will ensure email delivery. If the following steps fail, you should contact Suddenlink (Optimum) Support.
