If your NH, Club, or SIG receive new members and you want them to have access to past emails, you can Archive those previously sent emails and link them to the Navigation Menu.
Archiving your Sent Emails:
- Click on Sent Messages
- (Optional) Select the date range the email you're looking for was sent and click Search
- When you locate the email, check the Show in Archive box to the email's right. It automatically saves and, once you create the Navigation Menu Item, those emails will appear.
- Next, go to your Microsite and select Edit Navigation on the top right of the screen.
- Then, create a new Navigation Item where the Contents are pointing to Email Archive. Click Save and refresh the front of your Microsite's page! It will instantly populate the emails you've selected to Archive!
