FAQ - Microsite Orgs

- Is there a way to print or download a list of individuals in a specific Microsite Org?

Unfortunately, there is no way to do an export of microsite orgs.

- I maintain multiple email lists for my club and I've found names with an (i) in the Microsite Orgs drop-down list that does not show in the current Membership Export list.  What is the significance of the (i) behind the name in Microsite Orgs lists?

The (i) indicates inactive accounts. This means that their resident account tied to that specific number has been made inactive. This can occur if a resident moves within the community and their resident number changes or when they move out of the community. Because the Microsite Org list pulls from all residents in the directory, you may see inactive members.
