FAQ - Membership Export

Why do I see the word 'Hidden' on my Membership Export?

Residents have the ability to hide their personal information in the resident directory. If your members have decided to hide their information, you will not be able to see it in the Export. 

I want I get the names of our newest club members from the last month, how do I do that?

The Membership Export can only be pulled up to 90 days in the past, so 28-31 days will be possible. Make sure to uncheck Current, and Renewal. Make sure New is checked, and write in the Memberships Created # Days Ago text box is how many days out you would like to go. When you're ready, click the Select Memberships button. 

My club would like to offer free memberships to a few of our members but we don't know how to; is it possible to offer free memberships?

It is possible for Admins with Full Website Editing access; however, depending on when the free membership is given, it will not be effective until January 1st and may not show up in your traditional membership export, which can throw off your reporting numbers.
