MembersFirst recently added a note titled Registration Status which appears at the top of any calendar event and can be used to passively notify residents of their registration status (sign up, pending, registered...). If you wish to remove this note when creating a calendar item follow the steps below. If you have already created events these steps also allow you to remove the registration status note from those existing calendar events.
Should you find the Registration Status function of use for your microsite there is a table below ( item 4) which shows the various Registration Status notes and provides an explanation of what each means.
For an existing calendar event locate and select the event from your Club Calendar of Events on the backside of the site.
Navigate to the Advanced tab for the event and from the Custom Page Template drop down menu select Calendar Event Item. Then click either Save or Save and Close.
To see the results, navigate to the front side of the site, go to your calendar and select the event on which you made the change. You will notice the format is slightly different but the Registration Status note has been removed and the remaining content is intact.
This table shows the various Registration Status notes and provides an explanation of what each means.
"Sign Up" Event registration is open and the logged in resident hasn't yet registered for the event "Closed" Event registration period has ended, and event is closed for registrations "Pending" Resident registered for the event, but it hasn't yet been approved/confirmed by an admin. o This only happens when the event in question does not have the "Automatically confirm registrations" setting on the registrations tab checked off within the event registration. Example of an event that doesn't have the "Automatically confirm registrations" setting checked off: Confirmed" When the registration has been confirmed or if the "automatically confirm registration" setting is checked off inside the event. "Waitlisted" When the event in question has waitlist enabled and has met the headcount/registration limits on the event and the resident has already added themselves to the waitlist. "Waitlist Open" When the event in question has waitlist enabled, has met the limits on the event, but the logged in resident hasn't registered or added themselves to the waitlist yet.
