When pasting text from an outside program into the Editor, formatting between the outside program and the Editor will not always match. This is because the Editor has to convert the text into HTML which does not preserve the formatting of the copied text. Not all formatting available in word processing programs is available in HTML or the MembersFirst native editor. You will need to use the formatting that is available in the native editor.
It is always best to "strip" formatting from the pasted text.
When pasting into the Editor, you may receive a pop-up dialog box.
Click the OK button to allow the Editor to convert the text as best as it can.
You can also highlight the text and click the Strip 4 icon in the lower row of tools within the editor. This will remove all formatting and allow you to format the text within the editor.
