Event Registration works side by side with Club Calendar of Events; After making a new Event and you select Registration Required, you may need to view below if you need assistance configuring your Registration (please note, once the first registration is made, you cannot delete the event and or turn off "Registration Required"):
1. Only allow administrators to create registrations: Selecting this will enable only Admin for the NH, Club, or SIG are able to make the registrations for this event, and members are not.
2. Registration Configuration: Control when the registration begins and ends.
- Registration Start Date/Time & Registration End Date/Time: Leaving this field blank will ensure registrations will be accepted until the date and time of the event.
- Send Registration Email to: All registrations can be sent to the email in this field, otherwise no email will be sent.
3. Registration Limits: Control how many people can attend and how they register.
- Total Registration Count Limit for Event: Limit by the number of registrations (example: 1 registration of 10 people, only the registrations are counted).
- Total Headcount Limit for Event: The total headcount limit for the event (example: 1 registration of 10 people, each person is counted).
- Minimum Headcount for single Registration: Limit how many people can register for the event while only making the 1 registration (example: 1 person can say 5 people in total are with them when they arrive).
- Maximum Headcount for single Registration: The limit on how many people can register for the event while only making the 1 registration (example: 1 person can say only 5 people in total are with them when they arrive and 5 is the limit).
4. Registration Options:
- Basic Count Registration: Booking Resident not automatically counted (just selecting the party size).
- Enhanced Registrations: Booking Resident automatically counted as attending when making the registration.
Allow Resident to Register:
- All Residents: All residents in Sun City can be selected.
- Related Residents:
- Member Facility Members: Only club members will populate as options when this is selected.- Non-Residents (select 'Guest' in the drop-down)
- Enable Public Guests registration
5. Confirmations: Selecting this will automatically confirm registrations.
6. View: Selecting this will allow users to view all current Registrations for the Event.
7. Notes: You can use this to allow you to input a question/inquiry that the registrant can answer.
8. Cancellations:
- Display Cancellation Window Information on Registration:
- Allow Resident to Cancel Registration:
- Window Starts from Event Time: Window starts day of event at 12:00am.
9. Edit:
- Display Edit Window Information on Registration:
- Allow Resident to Edit Registration:
- Edit Window Hours:
- Window Starts from Event Time: Window starts day of event at 12:00am.
10. Thank You Page: After a member makes a registration, a thank you message will appear. Here you can enter a thank you message (optional).
11. Registration Emails: Please note, this is optional.
- Request Received Message: This will override the default registration request received text for this event.
- Confirmation Message: This will override the default confirmation text for this event.
- Unconfirmation Message: Sent when a member changes/cancels their reservation.
- Cancellation Message: Will only be sent to those who have canceled their reservation.
- Registration Change Message: Will only be sent if there's a change in the existing reservation.
12. Post Registration Survey: The selected survey will be available to members immediately following registration.
- Select Survey: Please note, Inactive or expired surveys only display while assigned to an event.
- Skip confirmation page and go directly to Survey: This allows the register to skip the confirmation page and go directly to the selected survey.
- Survey Link Text if linking from confirmation page: Where you would paste the link where the survey is located.
