Deleting a Marketing Form is only possible if you've deleted all of the Marketing Contacts first.
Here is a step-by-step on how to accomplish this:
- Click Marketing Request Forms and open the Marketing Form you've created.
- Open the Security tab
- Ensure the Allow Manual Contact Delete? box has been checked, if not, please check it.
- Go back to the General tab, and click Save at the top right. Next, click the Marketing Contacts link.
- You will be taken to Marketing Contacts; located your Marketing Form using the search options. Once found, click Select All; this will select all the Contacts that have filled out the form. Next, click Delete Selected Contacts; the system will ask you if you are sure, click Yes.
- After all the contacts have been deleted, navigate back to the Marketing Forms application and the Form you want to delete. Open it and click Delete at the top right.
Please Note: Once a Marketing Form and Marketing Contacts have been deleted, they cannot be recovered.
