If you are receiving one of the following errors while attempting to purchase tickets on the Sun City website and it is the first time you are buying tickets, please wait 30 minutes and try again. The system needs to create your account in order to allow you access to the ticketing third-party website.
If your email was recently updated in your profile on the Sun City Texas website, it's possible it hasn't been updated on the ticketing site. Please reach out to Member Services in the Social Center to correct this error at 512-948-7720.
